  Really ripe bananas create a wonderful flavour

  Using fresh fruit we combine a light vanilla sponge with fresh fruit pieces then baked to perfection. Available in Strawberry or Raspberry flavours

  Delicious and moist chocolate sponge
• Chocolate & Orange
  Should you love ‘Terry’s Orange’, then this will be right up your street!
• Oreo Chocolate
  Simply for the Oreo lover

  A delicious light coffee caramel sponge

  A wonderfully rich red coloured velvety sponge with a hint of chocolate
• Cream Cheese
  Perfect for that cheese addict. Light, fluffy cream cheese making you sponge even fluffier!
• Vegan
  No dairy products in these cake, but still creating a light sponge with a delicious flavour. Available in Vanilla, Chocolate or Chocolate & Orange.

All the above cupcakes can be served in 2 ways, either with butter cream swirls or a sugary icing fondant covering.

Butter Cream

Whether a flavour or specific colour, all our cakes can be styled and designed how you wish. Butter cream can range from various tastes to colours. The standard vanilla flavour for example can also come in various colours too - black, blue, brown, green, pink, purple, red, yellow and white.

Should you prefer something different to vanilla, the following alternatives are available.

Fondant Icing

Sugar icing is often an alternative to a butter cream topping. Again this can come in varied colours - black, blue, brown, green, pink, purple, red, yellow and white.

Please note, all our cupcakes have a small layer of butter cream that is smothered on the sponges before your preferred icing topping is applied - whether white or coloured.
